The restaurant business these days is not just a catering business, but a leisure business with many components that are easy to lose in the fierce competition without considering them.
It is important that the restaurant business is available not only to large multinational corporations like McDonald’s, but also to small, even family-owned businesses that can franchise or open a completely independent restaurant.
Of course, the main thing in a restaurant is the cuisine – after all, poor food quality cannot be compensated for either by great waiter service or by the author’s interior design.
